1. The Cyber-Facilitator, an actor in the Knowledge Society Dealing with Knowledge as a public good, as an economical good, as a social stake, Dealing with Education as a public service
2. The Cyber-Facilitator, mastering the complexity of Knowledge
3. The Cyber-Facilitator, a social actor, preparing citizens of the knowledge society.
4. The Cyber-Facilitator, a guide in the networks of the knowledge society.
5. The Cyber-Facilitator, an actor and a developer of collective intelligence. Dealing with collaboration, co-operation
6. The Cyber-Facilitator, an actor of a learning society, a lifelong learning society.
7. The Cyber-Facilitator, an ICT specialist, a pedagogical engineer. An ICT society, in which education can take new forms: Internet, presence and distance, time and space, mobile learning, etc.
Three main domains of competence for the Cyber-Facilitator: • Mastering disciplins, content, complex knowledge, technology • Mastering the social and human dimension of Education; work with human beings, as individuals or collectively • Work with and in society, as an actor of the society.
