  2. How did we get started? • Luke and Tolu spilled chemicals in class • Tolu had cup of coffee • Coffee changed to Wyoming colors • Let Michael, business student know of formula • Formula tested and passed FDA • Now nation-wide

  3. What do we sell? • Flavored coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, and Lattes. • Store location set on college campus • We sell colored coffee beans to take home. • Coffee turns in to colors • Also sell Tea, hot chocolate, and steamers. • School themed cups, mugs, etc. online

  4. Who do we serve • The on-the-go college student • Families living in the college town • Those looking to show school pride

  5. Marketing • Online ads on Facebook and school website • Personalization to create own user accounts • Search engine optimization • Accepting money in student food accounts • Use Mascots to advertise • Flyers around campus

  6. Metrics • Visitor Metric • Number of people visiting website • Exposure metric • How effective is our advertising • Unique Visitor to see types of people visiting • Helps indicate popularity of website

  7. CRM over ERP • ERP has faulty programming • Doesn’t fully meet the needs for company • Need to customize and configure middleware • Not an adequate tool for certain areas

  8. Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Cloud Computing • Mobile Applications • Promotes interaction through wikis and blogs • Able to generate Reports • Flexibility to determine number of monthly users • Compatible with Microsoft products • Enables for use online and on premises

  9. How we use Dynamics • Purchases tracked on frequent buyer card • Customer Discounts • Dynamics updates for customer birthdays • Track customer preferences • Send out mass e-mails to customers
