Cameron’s Tenets of Operation “No One Gets Hurt, Nothing Gets Harmed” We Will……. • STOP WORK immediately until any unsafe condition can be addressed. • Hold each other accountable for working safely. • Address any behavior or condition that puts anyone at risk. • Follow all safe work practices and policies. • Ask questions when in doubt. • Never operate equipment beyond its capability or designed purpose. • Always operate with all safety devices enabled. • Always wear the right Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Ask for supervisor assistance when dealing with new or unusual situations. • Immediately report all incidents including all injuries, damage to property, environmental releases, or “near misses”.
