Case Study: Cisco- Silver System Integrator from INDIA Duration – 4 Months Objective Approach • System Integrator to become Silver Partner of Cisco. • To prepare the Processes & Set operations for Silver Partnership as per Cisco guidelines • To prepare the various team heads / members to face 3rd party audit. • To set CSI model for organization . • Study the existing process for Project & Operations followed in the Organization. • Prepare the Project & Operations guide as per Cisco guidelines – PPDIOO framework. • Able to set & use Project Management principles for managing Project • Used ITIL’s way to support and manage operations. Results • Prepare the “Documented process” as per Cisco’s PPDIOO guidelines. • Set the structured way for Projects by creating Project Charter, Project plan, Communication plan, High level design, Low Level design , Change Management, Transition plan etc. • Modified existing Support Process (Service desk, Incident Mgt, Problem Mgt, Security Mgt, Service Level Mgt ) • Able to set Continual Service Improvement (CSI) model by initiating Service Improvement plan (SIP) • Able to define & put practice a number of other Processes from various function – HR , Sales , Presales, Logistics etc.. • Companywide initiative for CRM tool • Able to define Skill Matrix for a team. • Able to spread awareness of Processes within organization.
