Overview • Puts you in charge of security for each DART user in your company • Requires you to appoint at least one External Security Administrator (ESA)– Maximum of three • Can customize DART user access rights by: • Business Function (Nominations, Capacity Release Offers….) • TSP (DART Pipeline)

ESA DART Responsibilities • Request logon IDs for company personnel • Establish/ Modify user Business Function rights • Select TSPs for which the logon ID is valid • Delete logon IDs when no longer needed • Reset Passwords • Assign ESA functionality to other logon IDs (3) • Confirm user security rights (Annually)

  5. DART Business Functions • Amendment Request • Cap Rel Bids • Cap Rel Offers • Contract Request • Contract Execution • Confirmations • ImbalTrd/Stor Trans • Nominations • Operator Point Inquiry • Read only

  6. TSP (Pipeline) Selection • ESA Request(s) defines TSPs that can be assigned (TGP, NGPL….,) • ESA will select TSPs for which all other logons are valid (Each logon ID can be assigned different TSPs)

Getting Started • Complete DART System License Agreement(s) and ESA Request Form(s) – Interstate (for TGP), Midstream • Required even if you currently have DART access • Existing DART users keep current logon IDs but ESA must assign TGP to logon IDs • Email to dartsystemsecurity@kindermorgan.com • Download Citrix® Receiver Software from www.citrix.com
