  2. Welcome • Welcome to the TriZetto QNXT Professional Certification online course.

  3. Course Objectives • After completing this course, you will be able to: • Use QNXT to identify and solve business problems related to a specific area of expertise. • Utilize the QNXT online knowledge base. • Configure QNXT to meet the business goals of your certification path.

  4. Course Requirements • You should have already completed the QNXT Business and Technical Overview courses: • Web-based training (WBT) • Instructor-led (ILT) courses

  5. Course Purpose • This course is intended for individuals who require a working knowledge of the QNXT application. • Audience: • Customers • Business Partners • TriZetto Employees

  7. Course Design • Each learning module consists of: • Module overview • Learning objectives • Key concepts • Activities • Self-assessment

  8. Knowledge Checks • Knowledge checks typically consist of 5 to 10 questions. • True/False • Multiple Choice • Drag and Drop • They are not scored. • There is no limit to how many times you can take them.

  9. Completing the Course • Complete all activities before taking the final exam. • You must earn a minimum score of 80%.

  11. Module Overview • In this section, you will learn about the format to follow as you progress through this course. • You will also learn how to use the key features of TZUniversity (TZU) and the Collaboration Center.

  12. Module Objectives • After completing this part of the training, you will be able to: • Navigate the TZU features. • Access your “My Page” in the Collaboration Center. • Navigate to your Student Tracking Record in the Collaboration Center.

  13. TZUniversity • TZU is the media player used to present this course. • It requires Internet access and a TriZetto approved VPN.

  14. Module Menu The Module Menu shows the topics contained in the module. If you click on a topic, you are taken directly to that part of the training.

  15. Presentation Window The Presentation Window displays the content for the course.

  16. Navigation Controls The Navigation Controls allow you to move between course pages.

  17. Other TZUniversity Features The Audio On-Off and Closed Caption buttons allow you to turn off sound and display narration text instead.

  18. To Start or End a Session If you leave the course, you can access it again without losing your place.

  19. Getting Started • To help you get started, let’s review a few general tips.

  23. Student Tracking Record Use your Student Tracking Record to track your progress as you complete this course.

  24. Activities Use Cases are practical application documents that allow you to practice key concepts on the QNXT system.
