  4. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE) • Food/Drink OK but keep the room & tables clean. • Clean off maps. • Break areas: Snacks, Latrines, Smoking • If you are sleepy, do pushups! • No Tobacco except on breaks • Cells off or silent mode! • Learn & Have fun!
