Background • Agritech Limited manufactures a wide range of agro-chemicals. • The Company has a pan-India presence and employs over 1500+ Field staff to server over one million+ farmers across India. • In Current scenario the field staff calls the call center and gets their details registered. • After a small pilot, it was decided to make use of technology to built an E-CRM solution to help the field staff serve their customers.

E-CRM Introduction • It stands fro Electronic Customer Relationship Management. • It helps in providing better services, speed of response and better understanding of operations. • Provides company to conduct interactive, personalized and relevant communications across the globe with their field staff, customers by utilizing the traditional and electronic channels both.

FRTUse-Case • FRT uses this e-CRM platform to • Track activity of field force across India. • Help field force seamlessly update their • Details of Customer Interaction • Order from Client • Details of Meetings • Fuel Expense and Mobility Expense etc. • Prepare Automated MIS updated on daily basis.

  7. Landing Page • This is the landing screen of the software. Using this screen user navigates across the application. • At the top is Activity Area (Which defines which operations locality is set by user).

  8. Set Activity Area • User can set details of the area where they have conducted their activity. Note we also track their location based on GPS to cross tally correctness of data entered by user.

  9. Mobility Expense • This screen allows the DD to enter details of expenses done while he was on the field.

  10. Field Visit • This screen captures Field Visit details of the Staff.

  11. Book Order • This screen allows DD to book the orders on the field.

  12. Farmer Master Entry • This screen allows the DD to register a Farmer/Client Details.

  13. Prescription Entry • This screen allows the DD to issue Prescription to a farmer/Client.

  14. Demo Ticket Entry • This screen allows DD to enter details of the DEMO that was conducted by him during his field visit.

  15. Vehicle Maintainance • This screen allows DD to enter details of maintenance expense for the vehicle

  16. Travel Bills • This screen allows DD to maintain details of Travel Bills (Fuel Recharge Entry)

  17. Sync Data • This screen shows status of records being updated to the server.
