Adapting an effective practice 10 out of 20 job seekers that participated in contextualized basic skill training in energy/utilities secured employment 4 out of 10 incumbent workers that received manufacturing training increased their wages an average of 4.1% 9 job seekers that participated in the new manufacturing program secured employment
