Can hosting the Super Bowl change the image of a city? • Competitive Edge Research & Communication conducted a pair of annual national polls to answer this question. • One poll is conducted shortly before the big game is played • Estimates the baseline image of the host city as well as who will watch the Super Bowl. • A second poll is conducted just after the Super Bowl. • Results are compared and statistically analyzed to determine whether the host city’s image significantly improved. • They also maintain city image data from previous years so they are able to analyze trends in a city’s image.

Super Service & Guests Welcome! • Super Kids Super Welcome Cards • Over 36,300 from all 92 Indiana counties collected and displayed • New program: Text Times • Assists downtown restaurants with less than a 45-minute wait will text a designated Control Center number. • The Control Center will relay the actual wait time to our street teams, allowing street team members to guide visitors toward these restaurants with lesser wait times. • Super Service Program: Training Indianapolis Cab Drivers and City Workers • Ensuring visitors are greeted with Hoosier Hospitality from all aspects of their visit is the main objective. • Overall, more than 13,200 participants have been trained. • Wearing pins with pride • Assist visitors with everything from directions to special programs

Ticket Technology • Ticket Printing Security Features • Ticket security is a growing concern • Develop new security measures to make tickets harder to duplicate • Heat Sensitive Security Paper • Tickets that are sensitive to heat. Simply hold the printed ticket in your hand or rub it to warm up the paper and the ink changes color, verifying the authenticity of the ticket.

Ticket Technology • Micro-Print Background • Almost all tickets (both event and raffle tickets) are equipped with a background image that uses microtext and images to create a difficult to reproduce combination. • Very difficult to reproduce even with today's high quality scanners and printers. • Barcode Verification • Barcoding is standard • Scanning makes multiple entry impossible • Usually found on back of the tickets
