Lines of authority Lines of coordination • CTI SUMMIT • Attended by CT leaders • Held at least every five years Working Group Draft: CTI Organizational Structure • CTI COUNCIL OF MINISTERS (CTICOM) • Maintains CTI vision • Composed of CT6 Ministers; chair rotates every two years • Meets at least every two years • CTI Partnership • Facilitates coordinated and effective financial and technical support from partners • SENIOR OFFICIALS MEETING (SOM) • Reviews recommendations from CTI STEER up to COM and supports the decisions of the CTI COM down to CTI STEER • Composed of CT6 Senior Officials; chair rotates every two years • Meets at least annually, Usually with a Partners Consultation • CTI Regional Secretariat • Supports Meetings and Administration • Coordinates regional services • Coordinates CTI Partnerships • Facilitates Knowledge Management Tasks • CTI STEERING COMMITTEE (CTISTEER) • Ensures coordination action and provides technical direction • Composed of representatives from CT6 countries and advisory development partners; chair rotates every two years • Meets at least annually • Technical Working Groups • Provides a range of technical inputs and assist preparing reports • NATIONAL COORDINATION COMMITTEES (NCC) • Develop, update, and support implementation of National and Regional Plans of Action • Composed of multi-sectoral representatives from the CT6 ...............................attachment 1
