  3. 1.1 Reading fluency improvement through teaching techniques centered on prosody (phrasing, rate, punctuation/intonation, expression) 1.2 Vocabulary Knowledge will increase through use of 5-day vocabulary instructional routine. 2.1 Higher Order Thinking will increase through use of use of Costa’s Higher Order Thinking/Webb’s Depth of Knowledge 3.1 Comprehension of curriculum will increase through use of differentiated instruction. 4.1 Comprehension of curriculum will increase through use of F-CIM (mini lessons/assessments) 5A.2 Reading Comprehension will increase through ELP supplemental instruction on targeted skills
