First Year’s Budget Status(May 2001 – May 2002) • Income (total: US $ 124,845) - donation by members: US $60,172 (Member’s Contribution to ccTLD Secretariat: $56,702) - sponsors for meetings: US $54,037 - donation at the gate: US $9,840 - Interim ccTLD Sec: US $670 - Bank interest: US $125 • Expenses (total: US $ 101,043) - staff salary: US $39,056 - meeting expenses: US $53,550 - equipments: US $4,600 - DNSO contributions via ccTLD secretariat: US $3,000 - ICANN contributions via ccTLD secretariat: US $470 - Bank fee: US $367

Budget Plan for Phase II(for 8 months: 1 Nov – Jun, 2003) • Member’s Contribution since May 2002 : $26,400 (http://www.wwtld.org/funds/2002.ccTLDfunding_members.html) • Expected Expenses (Total : $48,700 from Nov 2002 - Jun 2003)(1) Staff Salary       - Abhisak(2/3 time)       - Admin Staff in Bangkok (full time)      - SY in transition time       - Installing the ccTLD Server and office equip       - Eric (half time - documentation)(2) Network/Teleconference       - ccTLD Server loan      - server maintanence      - Teleconf (3) ccTLD Meetings      - Staff Travel      - others will be funded by sponsors

Future Plan • Current ccTLD Secretariat (phase II) will be in charge of two more ccTLD Meetings: - Brazil, March 2003 - Canada, June 2003 • Open Issues for the ccTLD Secretariat - Fixed or Rotation ? - Thin or Thick ? - Need to be discussed until the next ccTLD meeting in Brazil on March 2003 - Expected the selection for the new secretariat: ccTLD meeting in Canada on June 2003
