EOC/HSAP Results Performance Goal 3.2:  The percentage of second year high school students that meet basic or above on the HSAP ELA and math tests on the first attempt will increase to 78% by the year 2016. 24. Ongoing Activities – HQ Teachers We make a continuous effort to INCREASE the number of HIGHLY QUALIFIED teachers in our District.
