Description: JEMS is a user friendly software solution package for the Diamonds, Gems and Jewellery establishments/shops to manage their business more efficiently. This one of a kind software has been developed through intense research by our experienced subject matter experts, in close co-ordination with more than 100 jewelers. This system aims at providing easily manageable and user friendly tools for managing the various operations necessary for the efficient working of a jewellery establishment. The system is extremely helpful to overcome the need for manual process of managing the operations. The efficiency of this system lies greatly in the fact that the software has different modules for individual management of the various operations, focusing on that particular function only and also that certain modules can be used in co-relation with others to gather information. Also, the software increases the revenue and improves the business as anyone who cannot purchase in person from the shop such as NRI’s can shop online through the Jewellery outfit, Abharana Alayam.

Product Information System : • This module provides features through which you can control the entire management of the products available in the establishment. It has some unique features such as Product Categories to store the details of the various categories of products available, Product Details to have a database with all the necessary details about all the products, option to set up and fix the price of the different products, identification of the various products through a unique barcode for each product through a barcode printing system.
Purchases: • This module caters to the management of purchases that are made for the efficient working of the establishment, such as the purchase of raw materials like gold, diamonds and gems, managing payments made to suppliers, stock control management between the establishment and the gold smiths.
Sales : • This module deals with the management of the sales of the products in the establishment. It has various features such as an option to track and place customer orders, estimations of the sales for the financial year, a record of the total product sales in the establishment or its various outlets.
Job Card Details : • This module helps to manage the maintenance of raw materials, assign customer orders to workers and third party goldsmiths and keep track of the status of customer orders, to track the status of the various job cards generated.
Application Administration : • This module deals with the complete administrative functions of a jewellery establishment. It helps in various functions such as the management of admin rights by an Admin, through User Creations, Granting of Permissions, Setting up the Charges, Outlets maintaining the shop Records.
Reports: • This module deals with the generation of reports on a daily, monthly or yearly basis for various aspects like purchases, sales, customer orders, job card details, inventory status etc. These reports can be viewed by the Admin and the management to get an overall picture of the status of the working of the establishment.
