CQC Indicator 2: Easy to Read Information • Easy Read DH consent attached to book (all) • Evaluation of Communication book complete (EKHUFT) • Audit of use across wards in hospitals (MTW and DVH) • Easy Read information menus (EKHUFT, MTW) • All computers have pictures of a named person to link for help with accessible information (DVH)

  5. CQC Performance Indicator 3 : Carers • Carers Checklist (EKHUFT) • 35 NHSP staff (EKHUFT) • Risk, Dependency and Support Assessment tool (MTW and DVH)

CQC Performance Indicator 4 : Training • MCA E-learning Package for LD awareness training (EKHUFT, MTW, DVH) • People with learning disabilities involved in all training (EKHUFT) • MCA training in CQUINS across all hospitals (EKHUFT, MTW, DVH) • All hospital computers have pictures to tell staff to get LD awareness training (DVH)
