Sodexo rolled out their Spirit of Inclusion Training across the company led by Natalie Bickford, HR Director (joint winner of the Equality & Inclusion Champion of the Year award at the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) 2012 Awards)The in-house training programme, Spirit of Inclusion, is designed to increase awareness of the moral, legal and business matters relating to diversity to help our managers interact with and lead diverse teams in a way that is inclusive, productive and in line with Sodexo values. Nearly all of our 4,000 managers and supervisors had participated in the programme by the end of 2011. To underline our success in this field, a number of our clients have asked for support in developing their own diversity and inclusion strategies Diversity and Inclusion - Mental Health

Disability Awareness Campaign – Paralympics 2012 • SodexoUK ran a specific disability awareness campaign to link to the Paralympics during the summer of 2012 across its 2,300 sites. • There was a quiz which tested understanding of awareness. • Specific actions were taken to raise awareness for the 2,500 additional staff employed on a short term basis at the Olympic Park for the Paralympics games. • Future plan to roll-out disability awareness computer based training across the manager / leadership population. A confidential service that can help employees deal with everyday situations and more serious problems • Sodexo Launches Better Tomorrow Plan App • Sodexo, a leading provider of on-site service solutions, has launched the Better Tomorrow Plan (BTP) App. Available free to download from the App store the interactive application has been developed to provide tips on how people can lead a more sustainable lifestyle. • Food and Health Initiatives • Rugby star and foodie Matt Dawson launches 'Be part of it' Campaign” • “Cooking and eating the right foods at the right times can have amazing effects on both your mental and physical wellbeing.
