  1. Rules and Regulations of Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) When it comes to a road safety leader in Canada and North America, Ontario stands out firm on the first category. It is also seen collisions happened to occur due to driver’s negligence, error or behavior that includes following too closely, speeding up, improper turns as well as running red lights frequently and changing lanes when not required.
