Non-Negotiable Goal for Instruction • All Peoria Unified School District staff responsible for instruction are accountable for providing a rigorous, relevant, and aligned curriculum; exemplary instructional practice; district approved instructional materials; and aligned assessments. • Evidence of exemplary implementation includes: • Personalized learning experience for all students. • Instructional decisions driven by the use of data. • Lesson plans aligned to state standards and district exit outcomes. • An instructional tiered model to differentiate support for students academically and socially. • Monitoring by district and school site administration for quality, relevancy, fidelity, consistency, and intensity to ensure a guaranteed and viable curriculum. • Use of research based instructional practices.

  6. Building Capacity • During full day PDD, classified staff will receive professional development aligned to their role/job • Transportation • Food Service • School secretaries • Office staff • Instructional aides • Maintenance • Nurses
