Shared Governance in Action – Mission, Growth & Strategy • Case Example: • Host a ‘Finance 101’ Annual Review for the CMB and for the Planning and Finance Committee(s) – Orient New CMB Members • Begin process in Q1 of each new fiscal year (see LRFP racetrack) • Define the role of the Planning and Finance Committee(s) • See CMB Board Orientation Materials (Shared Accountability) • Allow enough time on the CMB Agenda for Dialogue/Updates
