  5. Primary Education ISCED 2 • Policy developments for and regional cooperation in line with Oslo Agenda: • Curriculum, • Teacher training, • School management, • School – Enterprise cooperation, • Network of Entrepreneurial Schools, • Entrepreneurial Island.

  6. Higher Education ISCED 5/6 • Furter development of ETF EL policy indicators for entrepreneurial learning within tertiary level education; • Set up criteria and form a network of HE establishments defined as “Entreprenurial Universities”; • Support the selected pilot-institutions (faculties) within the established network in the development of “across campus” entrepreneurial learning (2 per country); • Network of teaching staff supported within the network; • Create regional student entrepreneurial club; • Feasibility study - regional masters degree for university teaching staff on entrepreneurship education; • Independent assessment on the Charter’s indicators for HE; • Support for IPA national programing.
