  3. PLANNING AND LOGISTICS Who are providers of EV Charging Stations buildings should consider? How many EV stations should be installed? Do I have enough power for EV Charging Stations? Where should the EV Charging Stations be located? Will it ever be mandatory in the State of California to install EV Charging Stations?

  4. FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS How much does the equipment cost? How much does the installation cost? How much are maintenance costs? What are the ongoing electrical costs? What are the charging network costs?

  5. IMPLEMENTATION Who can use the EV Charging Stations? Should we charge for using the EV Charging Stations or provide as an amenity? How do we manage who uses the EV Charging Stations and for how long? How do we manage liability concerns for building owners? Are maintenance contracts recommended? Best enforcement practices. Are they currently profitable?
