  10. Spring Balanced, Full Floating Gutter Brooms Spring balanced, full floating gutter brooms auto compensate for wear. Adjust automatically to effectively clean uneven road surfaces. No operator judgment required! No need for maintenance intensive and expensive operator controlled pneumatic or hydraulic down pressure systems.

  12. Offset Elevator Hydraulic Motor Elevator powered by offset hydraulic motor via spring tensioned chain. Ensures stronger component mounting. Minimizes shock to hydraulic motor bearings and shaft. Greatly extends useful service life.

  13. Elevator Wash Down System All components protected from elements inside protective canopies. Hand lever slides metal lid over tank fill opening. Must be closed to shut rear canopy door. Lever failsafe protects water supply from contaminates. Simple, easy to use elevator flush system diverts hydrant flow from tank to 2 hoses mounted directly over elevator chains.

  14. Long 44” Dump Door 44” dump door extends off loading performance into center of dump receptacles. Ensures safe operating distance between sweeper and receptacle. Eliminatesneed for hopper shifting that could cause load instability. Greater distance increases operational safety, performance and reduces possible collisions.

  15. Unrivaled Serviceability The greater the roominess, the quicker and easier a unit is to maintain. Canopies and elevator are easily removed. Hydraulic oil cooler mounted on canopy roof and away from dust and dirt. Integral hydraulic pressure monitoring gauges. Black painted components have part numbers etched in them.

  16. Heavy Duty Frame Assembly Outer frame constructed of 2” x 5” x 3/8” thick wall steel tubing. Frame connected to 8” C channel inner rail system. Provides exceptional heavy duty support to all internal components including the rear broom assembly, water tank and elevator assembly.

  17. Time Proven Power Plant 59 HP Kubota diesel engine is extremely fuel efficient, quiet and reliable. Replacement parts readily available anywhere. Cast iron gear pump provides constant flow of fluid power. Gear pumps are considerably more tolerant of heat and contaminants commonly generated during sweeping. They are far simpler and more economical to troubleshoot, repair and (if necessary) replace.

  18. Simple Electric/Hydraulic System Electric over hydraulic valve system maximizes minimizes maintenance. A cast aluminum manifold with externally mounted universal fit valve bodies can be easily replaced in minutes and are interchangeable with other manufacturers. Simplified wiring housed in NEMA Class 4 “weatherproof” .box.

  19. Safety Camera System Large 7” color monitor and three camera system provides operator with increased visibility to right side gutter broom, rear of unit and right side dumping operation. Camera system and large mirrors often eliminate need for right hand steering.
