The software operates on personal computers and video game ready technology. Majority of the operations of the group are carried out in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, just to name a few. It is said that during the year of 2002, Take-Two Interactive Systems acquired angel studios, inc and Barking Dog studios ltd. It served as publishing interactive software titles which accounted for 72% of 2002 revenues and software title distribution.
