JPI Cultural Heritage and Global Change After the 1° Meeting 5 th February 2010 Request for Government Board members • Any participating country in the present joint programming initiative shall be represented in the Government Board by a maximum of two representatives with a governmental mandate (coming for instance from ministries, research organisation, funding bodies, research councils…), nominated by the competent Ministry of the country. If not otherwise decided by the participating countries, in accordance with their internal rules, the members of the Management Board shall be appointed for a term of 5 years. • One of these representatives shall act as the official spokesperson. Request for Executive Committee members It is composed by one technical representative from each Country. Rome, 5 February 2010

ROAD MAP: • 28 February - Terms of Reference draft will be sent to all participants • 16 March - Deadline for sending amendments • 2° Meeting adoption of the Terms of Reference Rome, 5 February 2010
