OASIS Sub-team • Financial status: close to break even point • Suppliers start to grant access to data level 2 (OEMs are required to support communication efforts) • IAQG OT approved proposal on “Data Level 1 Change Summary Search application” by OASIS team ($26K) and requires IAQG Council backing (functionality will be available to all OASIS users) • Statistics from OASIS start to provide valuable information for identifying: • Finding distribution (major / minor and 9100 charters) • CRB’s specificities

Key Messages to IAQG Council • Target • Integration of all national and sectorial standards (24) in 3 global standards by January 2007: • 9104 (draft April 06 and publication Oct 06) • 91wx (draft July 05 and publication Jan 06) • 91yz (draft Oct 05 and publication Dec 05) • Request • Industry resources for sub-team, management and oversight activities • Audit focus change • More process oriented (audit expectations to be worked out and provided to NAB and CRB’s) • More company performances focused(does industry detect any performance change?, IAQG ad-hoc wg?)

7. Other issues • Conflict of interest • IAQG OT voting members must not have a financial relationship with any certification or accreditation body(incompatible) • A “declaration form” stating non-existence of conflict of interest will be work out and signed by IAQG OT voting members • Confidentiality agreement Ready for company review and signature by July 1st, 2005 • Certificates in OASIS • For new or changed certificates, Uploading becomemandatory from July 1, 2005 • Certificates must be in English and additionally copies in other languages (APAQG to review team current consensus)

8. New Issues • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Auditor Qualification (for those not meeting 4 in 10 experience), and training requirements, and approval thereof • Resources needed at IAQG-OPMT level

Overall status • Achievements so far • Basic scheme requirements established • Operation and communication at global level achieved • OASIS become referential for QMS aerospace industry data, new functionalities drive huge time savings and entries continuously increase • Targeted challenges • Work out and implement enhanced scheme requirements • Operate worldwide with a unique set of standards • Gain full engagement and commitment of aerospace industry in management and oversight activities (including regulatories) • Implementation of global KPI’s • Improve audit efficiency
