  4. It is in the centre of Madrid. It has many monuments but the most importants are: - Monument of Philip IV - Royal Palace - The Almudena - The Sabatini´s Gardens - Royal Theatre. PLAZA DE ORIENTE

  5. It is a park of 118 Hectares and it is in the centre of Madrid PARQUE DEL RETIRO

  6. It is the biggest bull fight in Spain. Our high school is next to it. BULL FIGHT OF VENTAS

  7. The Temple of Debod is an ancient Egyptian temple which was rebuilt in Madrid. The Egyptian state donated the temple of Debod to Spain in 1968. You can see mostof Madrid from there. Temple of Debod

  9. THE MOST IMPORTANT MUSEUMS OF MADRID ARE: • THE PRADO MUSEUM • THE THYSSEN • THE NATIONAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM • THE REINA SOFÍA

  10. It was founded the 19th November 1819. It has paintings of very important painters like Velazquez, Goya, Greco, Murillo, Tizziano, Rubens… The best known work on display at the museum is Las Meninas by Velázquez. THE PRADO MUSEUM

  11. The building was constructed between the end of the 18th century and beginning of the 19th century in neoclassic style, by Antonio Lopez Aguado. It has once of the second largest private collection in the world after the British Royal Collection. It includes Impressionists, Expressionists, European and American paintings from the second half of the 20th century, with over 1,600 paintings. THE THYSSEN

  15. A good option to have fun is going to see a movie. In Madrid there are many cinemas: we have also original version and only for adults. CINEMA

  16. SHOPPING CENTRE There are lots of shopping centres in Madrid where you can buy clothes, eat an hamburguer, play bowling and billar and other things.

  17. Some people like to skate. Good places to skate are: Colon Square, Nuevos Ministerios, Oriente Square and many Skateparks. PLACES TO SKATE

  18. In Madrid there are many discos, it is a good option to have fun. Some good discos in Madrid are Elite, Kapital, Pacha, Shivers, Dolcce, Gabanna… DISCO

  19. If you like sports and look for a place to do it, you can go to: Breogan park, Moscardo sportcentre, Eva Peron park… and others. Sportcentres
