  2. Oil Consumption • The country with the largest column is the U.S.A. This is explained by the number of resources made out of plastic, nylon, etc., that keeps America “rich in goods”. • The smallest column is Egypt, considering that it doesn’t use plastic-based resources. They usually use natural resources like bricks and clay. • The fifth and sixth countries are the U.K. and India. The U.K. is developed and India is developing. Which is fairly odd compared to the Oil Consumption Graph. On the Oil Consumption Graph it shows that India has more oil consumption. I think that is because India has more cars and resources. • The seventh and eighth ranked countries (that are developing) are Egypt and Mexico. To get to the top they need more transportation. Mexico has very little transportation, and Egypt has hardly any! They also need more resources, such as real materials (like cement, etc.) to build houses and buildings. With more transportation, resources, and structural buildings, more people will visit. • China has stood out to me a lot. But it’s no surprise, considering that on almost anything made out of oil says “Made in China” on it. However this has a positive effect on the world, giving almost every country goods and resources, but it also has a negative effect, too. If China uses too much oil and has too much manufacturing factories, then it causes lots of air pollution and may take away the oil population for the rest of the world.

  3. Internet Users • The largest column is China (surprised that it’s not the United States?). Well, think about how much manufacturing goes on in China. When you manufacture you need technology for tables, graphs, or designs. China is also a strong military country, so it may need to order weapons online or design online. • The smallest column is Australia. Australia is a natural environment. It uses outdoors to attract people, not technology. It does not trade and manufacture much, so it doesn’t technology for that. It also has a low military and government. • The fifth and sixth columns are again India and the U.K. India is developing and U.K. is developed. Again we face the conflict where India has more internet users than the U.K. India manufactures more and uses more technology, while the U.K. uses natural resources, too. • The seventh and eighth are Egypt and Mexico. They both use natural resources, not technology, to do jobs, buildings, and even entertainment. Maybe it needs a little technology, however, to attract more people and get more jobs done. • Japan also stood out to me. Considering that it is one of the biggest countries, it needs to provide internet for a lot of people. Having a strong government and military, the government needs computers for military decisions.

  4. Population • The largest column is China. Being one of the top 3 largest countries in the world and holding one of the highest populations, you can see why. It has many tourist attractions like rice fields, and The Great Wall of China. • The smallest column Australia. It’s not small, but it doesn’t have cities or tourist attractions, it’s just outdoor fields. Plus, it’s dangerous, too. • The fifth and sixth are the U.K. and India. India has way more population and is a huge country. It is also a famous language. Many people move there to learn about the amazing culture and sights (like the Taj-ma-hals). • The seventh and eighth columns are Mexico and Egypt. Egypt is a small country and they should really have at least a city with transportation and houses with protection from sandstorms and animals. Mexico is a big country, but it needs more transportation, technology, and houses, in none dangerous places. • India stood out to me. Because of the many tourist attractions, amazing cultures, and many native people that lives there, it has a big population. This country, however, has to many people and is a crowded city.
