  1. Quick Overview of New Approvers features added to Aggie Mart Starting November 4th Aggie Mart will have several new enhancement features for approvers. The purpose of this quick guide is to prepare approvers for the upcoming enhancements. The enhancements include a new interface and quicker processing time for viewing approvals and moving to the next step. New Features Overview: Outbox Tab: This tab is only available for approvers and allows you to see a list of requisitions that have been approved or rejected. Notification Tab: Notifications are designed to email approvers when certain things take place. An example would be when a hazardous material gets ordered. This tab gives approvers a very clean view of all their notifications and keeps them separate from the actual approval document. Manage Substitutions: This tab allows approvers to grant other users with the same fund permission access to approve their requisitions. List View vs. Folder View: Expand all and collapse all will serve the same functions of allowing you to view requisitions. The folder view will hold requisitions and group them based on fund numbers Date Information: On slide 3, approvers will now see the aging information pertaining to each document. This information indicates how many days the document has been sitting in a Department. Filters: On the left side indicated on slide 4, approvers will now be able to use filters to assist in finding the documents that are looking for. Filters will allow you to search by: supplier, folder, unassigned, assigned and department. Approval Tab: Individual tabs for approving requisitions has been replaced with a single My Approval tab.
