Reduce repetitive requests: “What is the mailing address for this property?” “What is the total of 2006 summer taxes?” “Are these taxes delinquent?”

  3. Leelanau County Community Center (www.leelanau.cc) Issue: Unnecessary Duplication What to do: Reduce the number of offices supplying the same information, looking it up in books or on our files, etc.  We HAD all the data - just needed to package it to make it more accessible to the public

  5. Solution: • The existing Leelanau County community center would be updated to include more information, and provide access to public data.
