  2. 1)SELECTING AND LOCATING CABLE SEALS Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3 Figure 4 Firstly measure cable diameter with callipers (figure 1).The selected cable seal’s inside diameter (figure 2) must be same with cable’s inside diameter and it must work slippery on cable (figure 3) to not let air leak.Cut cable seals as you see on figure 4. NOTE:You must inform us your cable diameter that you will install with your FOK order. 1 Canals of the selected cable seals must locate to install way of cable. if not ,we can not use compressed air productive which comes from compressor(figure5-1). Touch faces of black o-rings with cable seals must be cutted angular(figure5-2) 2 Figure 5

  3. 3 4 1 2 2)SETTING AXIS ACCORDING TO CABLE DIAMETER Figure 6 Figure 7-A Figure 7-B When your cable’s diameter changed, you must set machine axis according to cable diameter to make installation much more productive.Firstly locate cable to fok as you see in figure 6 and loosen screws (figure7B-1,2) in figure 7.The axis of fiber optic cable(figure7A-3) must be in the same line of exit box (figure7A-4). After making them in the same line press screws (figure 7B-1,2) to set your FOK for your cable diameter. NOTE:When you inform us your cable diameter that you will install,we will set the axis for your cable.When you changed cable diameter to install you will need to set this machine axis.(We will give you equipments you will need to set axis.)

  4. 1 2 4 3 1 2 3)PREPARING PULLEYS Pulleys on figure 8 supplies to give cable to FOK on it’s axis.User can set pulleys position according to cable diameter with screws (figure 8-1,2) There mustn’t be distance between pulleys ,if not,cable can slip from pulley axis and can damage. Figure 8 NOTE: Selecting cables , setting cable axis , preparing pulleys are done when cable diameter changed. 4)LOCATING PREINSTALLED DUCT AND FIBRE OPTIC CABLE To montage preinstalled duct to FOK,loosen screws (figure9-2,3) then lift the part (figure 9_1).Lean preinstalled duct to face (figure9_4).Then close upper part (figure9-1) and press screws (figure9-2,3) to finish preinstalled duct montage. Locate fibre optic cable into FOK as you see (figure9). Figure 9

  5. 1 2 3 1 2 5)CONNECTING AIR LINES WHICH COMES FROM COMPRESSOR 6)PRESSURE GAUGES AND SETTING CURRENT PRESSURE VALVES Pressure air leaves two way with pipe line then compressor.One of line goes to mouth (figure10-1) to guide air for pre-installed ducts and the other one goes to mouth (figure 10_2) to guide air for air motors. NOTE:Air mouth diameter is 1 inch.You must use 2 metres air pipe then you leave air way two then air compressor untill air mouth.Don’t let something to go in 2nd mouth.if not,air lubricant will be blocked and this will couse to be less pressure. Figure 10 1)Preinstalled duct pressure valves:The gauge (figure11-1)must show min.10.5 bar to install fibre optic cable for preinstalled duct if preinstalled ducts has installed in world standard. 2)Air motor pressure:The gauge (figure 11-2) must show 6.5-7 bar when you are installing cable. İf it shows higher pressure this will cause to be damaged your air motor’s gears. Figure 11 3)Palette pressure value:The pneumatic press system does not let abrasion on cable between palettes.Regulate pressure valve on gauge (figure11-3)according to weather conditions.In normal weather terms gauge must show between 2-4 bars.

  6. 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 5 6 6-a) Setting palette pressure You can set piston pressure (figure12-1) on palettes with using regulator(figure13-2) and you can controll pressure on gauge (figure13-3). Palettes can join or leave with button(figure13-4). Figure 12 Figure 13 6-b) Setting air motor pressure and lubrication style Use the mechanism (figure 14-1)to set pressure of air motors and control on qauge (figure14-2).Air motors must work between 6.5-7 bar. The reservoir (figure 14-4)takes moisture of pressure air which comes from compressor.Use tap (figure 16-1) to discharge collected moisture.You must do this operation to not let rust the parts of air motors. Put oil for air motors to reservoir (figure 14-5).And use screw (figure 16-2) to re-fill it.This is necessary to lubricate bearrings of air motors. Figure 14 Figure 15 Use screwdriver (figure15-3) to set amount of oil for air motors. Current amount of oil is one drop in one minute.You can see drop in (figure 15-3). 2 1 Figure 16

  7. 3 6 5 1 2 4 NOTE:FOK is ready to install cable then we setted number 1,2,3,4,5,6 sets that we explained prepapers.We can start to install our cable by using direction controll valve. 7) USING DIRECTION CONTROL VALVE You can regulate fibre optic cable direction and speed (0-60m/min) by moving direction controll valve to right or left. NOTE:You must use stop position when you are changing direction.if you pass the opposite direction directly and not stop on stıo position this will damage air motor gears. Figure 17 8) USING SHOCK LUBRICANT Use special oil (Lubrico-F) which is in reservoir (figure 18-1) to reduce friction between cable and preinstalled duct. During cable blowing open valve (figure18-2) then make open-close the valve (figure18-3) in short time to send oil to preinstalled duct with pressure air. Open valve (figure 18-4) to discharge air from oil reservoir then close valve and then open lid (figure 18-5)to fill new oil when it finished.Close the lid (figure 18-5) without air leak. Figure 18

  8. 2 1 3 9)FOK CARE INSTRUCTIONS After your cable installation finished you must open oil set screw(figure 19) see oil flow ,run air motors and keep this position 30-35 seconds to lubricate air motors. Figure 19 Put out cable seals (figure20-1)and o-rings(figure20-2) to make care of exit box(figure 20).Clean their slots with diesel oil and brush.If cable seals and orings are beaten,change them if not there will be air leak. Figure 20 Lift palettes (No:1) with screw drive and smaer grease (figure 21). Thus chains and gears will work more. Figure 21

MONTAGE MACHINE TO PIPE AND LET PRESSURED AIR IN,THEN YOU SUPPLIED APPROPRIATENESS OF YOUR DUCT. WHEN PRESSURED AIR WENT OUT FROM END OF DUCT YOU MUST SEE THESE VALUES: AIR MOTOR PRESSURE:6 BAR /// PISTON PRESSURE:2-4 BAR /// DUCT PRESSURE :10.5 BAR. ( MACHINE AXIS MUST BE SETTED TO RUN) 3)WORKING CONTROL YOU MUST TRY TO STAY IN SAME LEVEL AS FAR AS POSSIBLE DUCT,MACHINE AND FIBRE OPTIC CABLE YOU MUST HAVE THESE VALUES WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING MACHINE: AIR MOTOR PRESSURE:6 BAR /// PISTON PRESSURE:2-4 BAR DUCT PRESSURE:10-11 BAR. CHECK OIL DROP VALUE THAT YOU NEED FOR AIR MOTORS ON AIR LUBRICANT(2-3 DROPS/MIN) YOU MUST DO SHOCK LUBRICATE IN EVERY 150 METRES YOU INSTALLED. YOU MUST LEAVE AIR MOTOR INSIDE OILY THAN YOU USE MACHINE .TO DO THIS:LOOSEN OIL SET SCREW ON PREPERATION AIR LUBRICANT AND INCREASE OIL FLOW SPEED AND RUN MACHINE 3-4 MINS ON THIS POSITION.
