  1. What are the major difference between JK bank clerk and PO? JK Bank Exam is the gateway to Probationary Officers and Banking Associate posts in Jammu and Kashmir post. The applicant needs to apply in online mode and the exam will be conducted on the scheduled dates to fill the vacancies. Exams are conducted for both Clerk and PO vacancies .Let us look at the JK bank Clerk Syllabus exam pattern and stages. The JK Bank clerk exam is a single stage exam conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Bank to recruit the Banking Associates or clerk. The selection stage will be on a basis of online prelim exam in which you have to qualify sectional as well as overall cut off. And hence a final merit list will be made on the overall score.   2. This section will be a total of 100 marks with an allocation of 60 minutes. Each section is allotted a time of 20 minutes each and there is also penalty for wrong answers. The candidates have to clear both overall cut off and sectional cut off to clear the exam. The selection will be purely based on merit. The exam language will be in English. In the case of JK Bank PO exam, there are 3 stages, namely, Preliminary Examination Main Examination Interview Process The sections of JK Bank PO Prelims exam are namely, 1. English Language 2. Reasoning Ability 3. Quantitative Aptitude Here, for each section time is separately timed, i.e., 20 minutes for each section. The total time duration for each section is 60 minutes. The JK Bank PO Mains has four sections: 1. General English 2. General/Financial Awareness 3. Quantitative aptitude 4. Reasoning Ability And Computer Aptitude The total duration of the main exam is 160 minutes with each section separately timed. General English -35 minutes General/ Financial Awareness -35 minutes Quantitative Aptitude -45 minutes Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude -45 minutes In JK Bank PO Exam also, there is negative marking, i.e., penalty for every wrong answers but no negative marking for questions not attempted. Also, the candidates have to clear the minimum qualifying marks for each section along with the overall JK Bank PO cut off in order for one to clear each stage of the exam. The exam will be conducted in English language.

The number of candidates called for the personal interview round will be three times the number of vacancies allotted.
