  3. Number of People involved • The were six people involved. • Cindy Jezuit • Matt Kren • James Quick • Matt Andersen • Bob Seiberlich • Dimitri Dimizas • We all worked together to come up with a fun way to get kids to be active while making money for the Norm Van Lier Scholarship.

Duties of students in preparing for events • Met as a group • Contacted friends from campus and sports teams • Facebook message • Texting • Made sure the field house was available. • Camera • Contact the Athletic director to get permission for this fundraiser. • Contacted Jill for appropriate dates and names of schools • We contacted all the schools that Jill gave us. • We made flyers to put up in the community and the school to make people aware of the event. • We organized all the students that came. • Each of us supervised each group of students to make sure things were running smoothly.

  5. Anticipated Difficulties • We anticipate not all the schools to accept this fundraiser and allow their students to participate. • We anticipate that the students would have a hard time listening and following directions. • We anticipate not raising a big amount of money for the scholarship. • We anticipate not a lot of children showing up. • No one showing up again’ • Not raising any money • The field house not being available

  6. Realized Difficulties • A difficulty was trying to come up with a great fundraising idea. • Finding time to meet as a group and talk with everyone there. • Finding a date that would work well for everyone. • Making sure everything was ready to go for the fundraiser • Getting everyone to come to the event • Last minute game • Not having signs • Getting a lot of people to come

  7. Money raised • $87 dollars!

  8. Suggestions and Improvements for Future Development • More communication among everyone in our group. • Start steps of the project earlier to raise even more money. • Make sure everything is set and stone for fundraising date • Make sure people show up to the camp • Make sure everyone in the group has a deadline for their specific job
