New boatinglicenseframework • New boating license scheme is scheduled to be launched in early autumn. • This program will make easier boating for beginners (< 5 m LOA no license) • The new framework will allow to increase the LOA from 12 to 20 m for PER holders (Skilled Skippers for medium range) • It will be an opportunity for the industry to increase sales and open the sea to beginners that will not need license to jump on the water
