  2. Introduction • To assess the situation of the disease in the different countries • To enhance basic and clinical research • Organisation of local and international conferences, workshops.. • Arranging educational and awareness programs for patients and the community

  3. North African Psoriasis Study Group • The first one is the tunisian psoriasis club who has led an epidemiologic studies in Tunisia • In Algeria: algerian psoriasis group was created in 2009 • Creation of the north african psoriasis study group with three countries.

  4. Other psoriasis study groups • In Egypt, the group is in its begining • In Jordan, the study group is working under the frame of the Jordanian Society of Dermatology and has already product a guidelines for the using biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis • In KSA: psoriasis research chair • In Kuwait:

  5. Conclusion • It would be better to act in the frame of a national society, this allows a sustained action • These different study groups were boosted by the different Psoriasis Meetings • To organize on the sideline of an international meeting
