The Process • Architect Wayne Renshaw revises the original Master Plan documents and submits to City for approval on January 22, 2010 • Approval is received from the City on March 5, 2010 • BKF Engineering services are retained to develop construction documents – March/April • The project is bid – six bidders are invited

Project Cost Estimate • $263,584, which includes a 10 percent contingency is the project’s estimated cost • The Bylaws require a “simple majority” vote • A simple majority vote is defined as the majority of votes cast at a meeting (or by written ballot) where a quorum is achieved • A quorum is ten percent of the “total voting power” or 254

  11. You Will Be Asked to Approve A $265,000 spending limit from the Capital Project Improvement Fund

  12. When is the Vote? • The Ballots will be distributed May 14 • Together with the package, the annual budgets and election ballots will also be included Please vote yes on this initiative!
