Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council, Inc.Permanent Supportive Housing • The Council prepares grant requests on behalf of units of local government for the CoC Rental Assistance Programs (Legacy Shelter Plus Care Grants). • Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin County are the applicants for the CoC Rental Assistance Program. • New Horizons, Project Response, Mental Health Association, St. Lucie County Veterans Services, FACT, and various other agencies provide case management and supportive services as match.

  9. Housing Counseling Services During 2012, Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council, Inc. became a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency. In November 2012, the Council expanded their services to provide rental housing, foreclosure mitigation, and budget counseling. TCHSC was awarded the HUD Housing Counseling Grant for 2012-2013. Rent amounts range from $217 to $800.
