CAP e-Learning Initiatives • CAP Knowledgebase • Support available 24 hours a day,7 days a week • Average of 50,000 visitors per month during the 2nd quarter of CY 2010 • System updated daily with new questions/answers • CAP Learning Management System • CAP Officer Basic Course, IG and Wing Finance courses available in Blackboard • Exploring “Moodle” Learning Management System to supplement Blackboard and expand online capacity at lower cost

Public Affairs – National Publicity • PA National Publicity Report • To date, CAP has been mentioned in 6,775 newspaper clips and TV/radio reports in FY10 • CAP was included in oil spill media reports • CBS Evening News – More than 5 million viewers • CBS News – 85 affiliates nationwide • NHQ/PA relationships with General Aviation News and the Aero-News Network – two national .com sites • Added publicity evident during CAP’s response to spring flooding in the upper Midwest

CAP Audit Analysis • Financial Management – Second unqualified audit opinion • CAP received its second unqualified financial audit opinion since the inception of the cooperative agreement in FY01 • An unqualified audit opinion rendered by an external auditor provides the highest level of assurance of fiscal responsibility • CAP is committed to accountability and transparency in financial management • CAP has received unqualified A-133 compliance audits since FY04

Association Membership Software • Replacement of in-house membership database system with AMS - Personify is underway! • Data conversion testing continues • FM currently testing account functionality • Tweaking product set-up and codes • Preparing for next full data conversion • Premise (in-house) hosting to start 1 October 2010

CAP ID Card Changes • Effective now through 1 Oct 10 • Replacement and duplicate cards will no longer be free for general membership • Awaiting completion of eServices modifications by IT to process and charge for duplicate or replacement cards • Will be publicized internally • Cost - $3.00 • New member and renewal ID cards will be issued at no cost • Existing blue ID card without photo will still be issued • Existing optional ID card with photo can be ordered at member expense

CAP ID Card Changes • Effective 1 Oct 10 through 1 Jan 12 • Existing blue ID card without photo will no longer be issued • Senior and Cadet members 18 and over will be issued a new ID card with photo for new members and renewals • Senior members with no photo on file, and all other membership categories will be issued a new ID card without photo • Duplicate or replacement ID cards will cost $3.00 • Members changing membership category will receive a new ID card with photo at no cost • Personal info (height, weight, etc.) will no longer be printed on back side of card

CAP ID Card Changes • Effective 1 Jan 12 through… • All senior members are required to have an ID photo on file by 1 Jan 12 • All new and renewing senior members will receive a photo ID card at no cost • All other member categories will receive ID card without photo at no cost • Duplicate or replacement ID cards with or without photo will cost $3.00

  37. Consolidated Maintenance • 50 wings / 518 aircraft under contract • WA and WY currently have consolidated maintenance proposals under review • 96% complete deploying consolidated aircraft maintenance to all wings
