  2. Cory Churko • Who is Cory Churko? • Cory Churkois an award winning multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer, audio engineer, and digital editor from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Cory has worked with Shania Twain, Kelly Clarkson, Reba McEntire, Britney Spears, and many other talented artists.

What is his job, and where does he live now? • Cory Churko is from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan but he is now residing in Los Angeles, California. • Cory has enjoyed a career in music for over 20 years. He is currently playing with Kelly Clarkson in a international tour. He is also a member of Shania Twain's band when she tours.

When did Cory Churko achieve a notable status? • He achieved a notable status when Shania Twain asked him to be in her band. • Why is he a notable person? • He is a notable person because he is so talented and has worked with so many famous people. • How did he become notable?He became notable by working with people as famous as Shania Twain or Kelly Clarkson.

  5. Mike Mintenko • Who is Mike Mintenko? • Mike was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He is one of the best swimmers on the Canadian national team. • What was his job? • Mike’s job is being one of the best swimmers in Canada. He also has a Bachelor of science degree in sport and fitness management. • Where does he live now? • He is currently living in Los Angeles. • When did he achieve a notable status? • He achieved a notable status when he won silver in World Cup.

  6. More about Mike Mintenko! • Why is he a notable person? • Mike Mintenko is a notable person because he claimed the overall crowns in the World Cup. • How did he become notable? • He became notable by being one of the best swimmers in Canada.

  7. Bud McCaig Who is Bud McCaig? He was a Canadian business man and co-owner of the Calgary Flames NHL franchise. He was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in 1929. What was his job? He was a company named Trimac’s CEO until he retired in 1994. Where is he living now? Sadly, Bud is no longer living. He died on January 11th, 2005. When did he achieve a notable status? He achieved a notable status in 1980 when he teamed up with Harley Hotchkiss and Alvin Libin to purchase a share of the Calgary Flames.

  8. Why is he a notable person and how did he become notable? • He is a notable person because he was a great business man and was a co-owner of a big hockey team, the Calgary Flames. • Bud McCaig became notable by slowly working his way up in the business world.
