Previously worked as a TVI with Columbus Public Schools • Brett Page – School Psychologist for the Kentucky School for the Blind for 2 years, at Columbus Public School for 6 years and OSSB for 3 years • Annie Tolle – Adapted Physical Education and Health Teacher at OSSB for 33 years. Coach and Athletic Director at OSSB • Sharon Shaw – Daily Living Skills Instructor and TVI at OSSB for 30 years • Sheryl Fraley – Daily Living Skills Instructor and TVI at OSSB for 25 years • Colleen Heath – Teacher of Students with Multiple Disabilities and Visual Impairments for 33 years • Kim Picard – Technology Instructor and TVI at OSSB for 15 years • Bernadette Van Den Tillaart – Founder and President of Tactile Communication Network Group, Advisory Board Member of the Ohio Center for DeafBlind Education, and Former Educator at the Dutch Deafblind Residential School of Viataal. Educator for 28 years.

Course Authors and Instructors • Cheryl Boley - have been in the Visual Impairment field for 38 years. TVI with Columbus Public Schools for 3 years. 16 years as a consultant for the visual impairment program for Columbus Public schools, and 15 years as the supervisor for the VI program and the special needs preschool program. Currently a Director of Braille Production at the Ohio State School for the Blind (OSSB) for 2 years. • Kay Clarke, PhD – TVI, Early Intervention Specialist, Pre-K Special Needs Teacher, and Orientation & Mobility Specialist for 25 years in both California and Ohio. Currently, OSSB Infant/Preschool Outreach Specialist. State VIISA Trainer and State INSITE Trainer. • James Duffield - Educator for 36 years. TVI for 28 years. Currently with Columbus City Schools specializing in technology for people who are blind. 6 years as a teacher of the Deaf-Blind. Member of the AERO Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Technology Division. AERO Educator of the Year Award Recipient. • Peter Paul, PhD – Professor in the School of Teaching and Learning within the College of Education and Human Ecology, The Ohio State University. Coordinator of the ASL program. Responsible for teacher education for students in both the Hearing Impairment and Visual Impairment programs. • Cecelia Peirano – TVI for 30 years at OSSB, including CD and MH. OSSB Elementary Coordinator. National Board Certified – Exceptional Needs Specialist in Vision. • Tiffany Wild – Doctoral Candidate and National Center for Leadership in Visual Impairments Fellow. TVI for 4 years. Licensed Educator for 7 years.
