  1. Communicationtimeline • How communication Changed over the Years. How it affects the community, and how it makes living easier.

  2. Notes • Back before they had phones or internet they had letters. People would write letters and send them horseback to the destination which could take anywhere from an hour to a week to a month before they acquired it.

  3. telegraph • A coded message in a series beeps can be communicated. The code is created by Samuel Morse who thought of a way to decipher the code and it created a faster way of communication.

  4. First home phone • The very first phone was invented by a man named Alexander graham bell in 1870. he created it in hopes it would make communication better

  5. Car phone • Thecar phone was the first portable phone, it was huge but you fit it into a car and you can talk on it while driving.

  6. First handheld portable phone • Thefirst cell phone was pretty big but not as big as the car phone. It was the only phone that you could carry around and still talk at the same time

  7. Second cell phone • The second cell phone was smaller and lighter in hopes that it could easily be carried and stored in a purse or backpack

  8. The orange phone In the attempt to create a cool looking phone they made the orange phone. It was a great deal smaller and flatter. But still useful

  9. First email • The first email was sent by a man named ray Tomlinson. It was hoped that it would bring computers closer together to help and support communication

  10. texting The first text ever sent was on 1989 and that’s what started the norm for people everywhere texting. Cause its fast and you can walk and talk while doing it

  11. Flip phone • They finally found a way to compact all the electronics into a thin little phone that could protect the screen by folding down called a flip phone

  12. Iphone • A while in the future the first iphone is released by a famous man named Steve jobs. It was a way to keep in contact with people and have fun with apps at the same time. Just goes to show what you can do, if you only have some time
