  2. What is EAP? EAP benefits allows employees to seek help from mental health practitioners in order to ease work related stress and therefore create a healthier work environment. These benefits are usually covered at 100% with no cost to the employee. It also help the employee’s family members resolve personal problems quickly, confidential and efficiently.

  4. The EAP will • Provide Assessment and problem solving • Evaluate the scope and complexity of the problem • Refer to appropriate resources if necessary • Maintain confidentiality

Our Staff Social Workers Nurse Practitioners Psychologists Psychiatrist Our Psychologist in Luis Hines and Associates are able to provide an array of assessments including competency , Parenting effectiveness, emotional and psychological functioning, ability to testify learning disability and employee training Our Psychiatrists specialize in mood and anxiety disorders Our social workers specialize in providing individual, family and marital counseling addressing depression, anxiety, panic disorders, loss and grief, post traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorder and stress management. Specialize in medication management to individuals who suffer depression, anxiety, disorder, sleep disorder, and stress management to include observation for untoward effects, as well as counseling and education.

  6. Our Staff L Dr. Luis Hines is the founder of Luis Hines and Associates, P.A. and has over 15 years of clinical and education experience with children and adults. He specializes in mood disorders, and sports psychotherapy .
