  3. What’s the problem at a ‘National’ Level? • Cost: £1.8b per year in England • Scale: 2% of all housing stock outside London – extends to Scotland? • Impact: 98,000 homes lost to fraud = 98,000 households in temporary accommodation • Chronic housing shortage throughout UK

  4. What’s the problem at a Local Level? • Who’s living in our homes? • Are they taking care of them? • Are we mitigating risk appropriately? • Do our customers trust us? • Are we making the best use of our stock?
