  2. Tonight’s Agenda • Project Selection Process • Junior Achievement • For Next Week • Form Teams

  3. Project Selection Process • Purpose: Teams pick the client/project they will be working with during the semester • Due: Week 3 • Grade: 10 points (Team Assignment) • Clients: Junior Achievement or General Project List • Client List: C-stone Website, Project Management (note the client code)

  4. Project Selection Process • If Selecting Junior Achievement: • Team may contact JA once team has formed to set up interview. • Once interview is complete and approval has been given from JA, send 1 email to lab instructor noting details and project code given by JA during the interview.

  5. Project Selection Process • If Selecting General Project: • Note approx. 5 clients of interest • Tuesday, Sept 9th at 11:00am, client selection begins (ends at 3:00pm) • Log onto Webcourses to select a client (only 1 client should be selected at a time)

  6. Project Selection Process • If Selecting General Project: • If there are no projects left, teams may submit a “special request” to the Cornerstone Board. • 1 team member will draft an email so a substitute project can be located (must CC lab instructor) • Email subject (example): Section 18, Fortunate Ones, Special Request • Email body: Name of team member sending request, Team name, Team members’ names, Lab instructor, Lab section, Code for project team wanted as 1st choice, Code for 5-6 alternative projects

  9. Forming Teams • Teams of 6 (7 maximum) • When Team has Formed, Complete the Following: • See Me for Team # • Complete Team Information Forms • Submit Team Information to Me
