Timeline • Reviewed experiences with programs from Regions, Ref Mentors and Area programs (K): • the good, the bad and the ugly • Talked to Board Members • Developed ‘Grow as we Go’ program • Core Team: ADM/AADM/ADI/ARA/RRAs • Lead & Define – Director/AD • Sponsor & Support – ARA • Support and Develop – ADI/RRAs • Area Board approved on July 7th, 2014 • RRAs kicked-off – July • REMP kick off – September (Fall Season)

Youth Refs • Support (‘I am not alone’, create ‘open channel’ for assessment) • Improve Ref officiating quality • Scout Ref talents & Identify Advancement opportunities (input to ADA) What We need from you: • How we measure against these Goals • How we ‘spread’ the world about REMP • How we incentivize Mentors • How we create an effective process for Mentoring
