  2. FY 2013 In-Review • $21 million for 43 Health Center Controlled Networks • $80 million for 197 School Based Capital Awards • $156 million in Outreach and Enrollment support to Health Centers and PCAs • $48 million in Base Adjustments • $19 million for 32 New Access Points

FY 2014 Spend Plan • Awarded: $150 Million for 236 New Access Points • Awarded: $58 Million in 1,157 one-time Outreach and Enrollment Grants to Health Centers • $35 Million for PCMH Capital Awards • $50 Million for Mental Health Service Expansion - Behavioral Health Integration • $110 Million in Base Adjustments • $300 Million in Expanded Services and/or New Access Points

Affordable Care Act Updates • As of December 31, 2013, health centers trained nearly 11,000 outreach and enrollment workers nationwide • In 2013, health centers educated or assisted more than 2 million Americans on affordable insurance options • Upcoming reissuance of the Essential Community Provider List (health centers can still be written in if a site is not on the list) • Keep sharing best practices and experiences with HRSA to share with CMS
