Improve NFS’ administrative support ratio through – • Functional skills categorisation • Creation of support groups • Staff redeployment to under resourced functions • Relieve the operations manager from administrative burden to focus on operational performance improvement through – • Access to an appropriate level of administrative support for all line managers. • Specialised support service capacity. • Improved work distribution among administrative/secretarial staff. • Establish development path for administrative support staff

Establish project team (HR managers & consultants) • Project to comprise of data analysis, Design and implementation phases (3 Phases) • Data collection through focus groups cross organisational (CS/CNS/CS) • Administrative staff re functions and time demands • Management (M6/5/4) re required support functions, level & frequency • 100% Population participation following focus groups’ inputs • Project team to meet on delivery of milestones to deliberate results and next steps • Periodic feedback to executive team • Continuous engagement with staff concerned
