  3. Main 1 • Video extract from the ‘World at War documentary to the end. Discuss reasons for changes in policy. • Boardworks 11 – slides 11-16. • Students come up with reasons for changes in policy ( SA militancy; public approval/disapproval; Olympic Games; ambitious leading Nazis; role of SS from 1939; territorial expansion; ‘psychological burden for Einsatzgruppen’; importance during war?)

  4. Plenary • Washing line graphs but with reasons for change.
