Progress Report at European Level • A • Europeanlevel • Working Groups • ForeseenActivities 2011 Contact with DG-MOVE • Meeting with Mrs Daniela Rosca Head of Clean Transport and Sustainable Urban Mobility (May 16) - Workshop of the ITS Expert Group –Brussels May 15 Stakeholders meeting on the 3 draft guidelines In collaboration with the 3 Experts, we left a message with DG-MOVE ITS (role of Advisory Cottee, representation of Aos, lack of Business model to help making decisions…)

Progress Report at European Level • A • OtherEuropean initiatives • Working Groups • ForeseenActivities 2011 FP7 Call for project on “ Managing integrated intermodal transport networks” Wish for a core group, already CRTM Madrid agreed Review conducted by DG-MOVE on Greening the fleets- a questionnaire has been circulated on behalf of AEA consulting (Ian Skinner) please answer if you have time. Chart from Barometer sent. Study on Current practice on fare policy Benchmarking European metropolitan areas CERTU + Lyon Univ – student work – ask for the support of EMTA network to collect data and info. Student work that could lead to an EMTA /CERTU publication - raise our publishing profile

Also TfL asked STIF for an internship of TfL staff – pending (Future) EMTA- Training course Collaboration with FSR Devise a 4 years programme – what topics are most relevant ? Have an academic referee – any suggestion? -

EMTA working groups 1/3 • A • Europeanlevel • InternalAffairs2011 • Secretary General replacement • Directory Please update web page and fill the template in the exact same format as previously done and same number of signs. • Barometer • Sort of a brand for EMTA 12 years on excellent job by CRTM –however heavy load of work for both CRTM and members - change for a lighter more focus bunch of indicators in line with DG-MOVE priorities and our current concerns- Active support group is taking place now. • EMTA Vision document in search of a skilled writer • Europeanlevel • Membership • Surveys • Working groups
