  3. History of Company/Company Vision Company was founded in 1981 by A. Kaplan. He decided to start the company after visiting a coffee shop in South America. Our company vision is to provide our customers with a positive coffee experience every time.

  7. Company Policies Customer service is our top priority. Corporate business hours are 8 am to 5 pm. Employees are expected to arrive on time and dress appropriately. The company handbook outlines all company policies and is available on the Intranet.
  8. Benefits Health/dental options are available Vacation/sick leave/holidays are paid Disability/life insurance is offered Retirement benefits are available Training/educational opportunities are provided yearly
  9. Performance Reviews Performance reviews are required for all employees. Reviews are conducted yearly. Reviews include: Supervisor review Peer review Review forms are available for your perusal.
